Für alle, die bei dem kalten Wetter durch den Schnee stapfen müssen gibt es heute den wunderschönen Song Barefoot von der kanadischen Künstlerin K.D. Lang. Der Film an sich ist schon absolut sehenswert und der von ihr gesungene Titelsong ist einfach unerreicht:

Die kanadische Künstlerin K.D. Lang ist eine meiner Lieblingssängerinnen.
Man wird ja immer gerne in eine arg homophile Ecke gesteckt, wenn man sich als ihr Fan outet.
Ich gehöre da zwar nicht rein, dennoch liebe und bewundere ich diese Frau.
Dieses Lied ist aus einem super schönen Film ‘Salmonberries’, in dem sie mit der bayerischen Schauspielerin Rosel Zech und Chuck Connors zusammen die Hauptrolle spielt.
In diesem Film von Percy Adlon, der am Polarkreis und in Bayern handelt, geht es um Liebe, Respekt und um ganz viel Sehnsucht. Der Titelsong, gesungen von k.d. Lang finde ich voller Poesie, aber lest einmal selbst in die Lyrics rein:
